1. ON THE SPOT 30-SECOND MARCHING
- Brain Cross-over move for easier learning, calming and cognition.
Get those arms swinging and touch the opposite leg every time you march. Do at least 30 marches.

4. HEART BREATHING
- Getting back into your body instead of living in a noisy head!
- Imagine breathing through your nostrils down into your heart.
- You can imagine breathing in a colour or colours down to your heart.
- Focus on your heart and breathing only. For at least 5 breaths or as long as you like.
- If you like you can also think of something/s, someone or people that you love.

5. NSR BREATHING
- Nervous System Regulation breathing
Shorter quick 2 full breaths in to count of 3, longer exhalation to count of 5. This type of breathing relaxes and soothes your nervous system.
- We do this one while Tapping in our Tap'n'Relax classes to help increase the lung and oxygen capacity.
6. TAP 'N' VENT
- Emotional Freedom Technique venting while tapping
Always 'tap' when venting to inhibit the release of more stress hormones. Feel safer while processing and releasing negative emotions. This opens the pathway for your brain to release healing endorphins along with easier solutions.....

8. START HUMMING!
- Humming, or whistling, calms your nervous system. Practice humming, especially when you are triggered by a thought or situation.
